Expect an appealing menu of refined small plates like red crab with crispy Brussels sprouts for sharing, and for large plates, braised Akaushi oxtail with blue cheese and arugula, or glazed cabrito with creamy rice. Desserts, like the intense chocolate and chili semifreddo with almond tuile, are handcrafted by executive pastry chef Allison Henschel, a Driskill Hotel alum.
