Donoho’s Jewellers and The Woodlands Convention & Visitors Bureau are once again partnering to host the Annual Winter Wonderland Food Drive! The Food Drive benefits Interfaith of The Woodlands and donors will receive free or discounted tickets to The Ice Rink at The Woodlands Town Center..
“Every year, the need for our services grows and we’re certainly grateful to Donoho’s and The Woodlands CVB for helping us meet this increased demand,” says Dr. Ann Snyder, President and CEO of Interfaith of The Woodlands.
Items requested include canned meats, canned fruits, canned vegetables, pasta, spaghetti, macaroni, noodles, cereal and cereal bars, peanut butter and dried beans. Each year, the food drive nets more than 2,000 pounds of non-perishable food items for the Interfaith Food Pantry, helping children and families in need during the holiday season.
“The holiday food drive is a tradition for our shoppers, employees and friends in The Woodlands and the response has always been fantastic,” says Richard Van der Dys, Store Director of Donoho’s Jewellers. “We’re looking forward to another great collection.”
