Juliet Ristorante

Inspired by the bounty of the Italian countryside, executive chef Jacob Weaver, an Asti alum, and his culinary team are dishing out an inventive Italian menu featuring ingredients sourced from across central Texas.

The restaurant, which was once named Romeo’s, has been redesigned in high style with polished natural woods and vintage accessories and décor throughout. The lounge and outdoor patio offer a chic space just right for an impromptu stop.

Enjoy cocktails with riffs on classics like the Negroni Tiki with ginger beer and nibbling on bar bites including antipasta and pizza. Favorites on the dinner menu include the olive oil tasting with housemade bread, Texas quail al Forno with fig mostarda, and seared Gulf snapper pistou.

Expect at least six homemade pastas including goat cheese agnolotti and fettucine e Vongole with little neck clams and white wine-butter sauce.
