Modern Flavors from Spain

After much anticipation, BCN Taste & Tradition opens in Montrose by Barcelona-born chef Luis Roger and owner Ignacio Torras.

Roger, who trained at famed El Bulli, brings the authentic taste of modern Spain to this artful and serene two-story restaurant fashioned with Miró and Picasso art.

Expect seafood delicacies flown in fresh from Spain in addition to the prized jamón Iberico (cured prosciutto). Thoughtfully composed plates like grilled tuna medallions with demi-glaze and cherries, watermelon and burrata salad, or free-range pork cheeks in merlot ragout with wild prawns are just a few complex dishes that make choosing difficult.
