New American Classic Searsucker

Just like the seersucker fabric—for which it is named—this restaurant is relaxed but also dressed up. There’s a feel-good vibe at the Austin outpost of this New American classic.

The restaurant is upping its weekend game with a new three-course prix fixe Sunday Supper menu. Additionally, Sunday brunch has been extended to an all-day affair with a menu boasting green eggs and ham with pork belly on brioche or Cowboy Steak with horseradish-black pepper hollandaise.

Love biscuits? Try the duck fat biscuit and gravy or top it with a chicken-fried steak. Searsucker also has your sweet tooth covered with treats such as Granny Apple Crisp with cheddar cookie crumble and vanilla gelato. Let’s do brunch!
