Tilman Fertitta Brings Houston an Unparalleled Dining Experience

Mastro’s Steakhouse

Restaurant magnate and reality television star Tilman Fertitta recently opened the first Houston location of the ultra high-end Mastro’s steakhouse chain.

In addition to the 16 cuts of USDA prime beef, well-heeled guests can prelude dinner with raw bar offerings, seafood towers and luxe sushi displays designed by internationally known sushi chef Ángel Carbajal of Nicksan in Cabo San Lucas.

Chef Michael Colbert has created a menu with some dishes exclusively available at Mastro’s Houston, such as garlic roasted bone marrow and Japanese wagyu sizzling on a hot stone.

The extensive wine cellar boasts more than 20,000 bottles from 25 countries in addition to rare older vintages.
