Top Restaurants Battle It out for the Title of Truffle Master [Event Coverage]

Over 500 guests turned out for the third annual truffle competition, The Truffle Masters 2017, presented by DR Delicacy featuring fresh black truffles imported directly from Spain.

The unique culinary experience held on January 16, 2017 presented chefs from some of Houston’s top restaurants battling it out to create the most delectable, mouthwatering dish using DR Delicacy’s aromatic and flavorful truffles.

Attendees reveled in various types of cuisine, exceptional entertainment by Divisi Strings, and signature cocktails specially made for the event by Alba Huerta of Julep Houston. First place was awarded to chef Manabu Horiuchi of Kata Robata who received the coveted prize of 1 kilogram of Fresh Black Truffles and a trophy.
